In fiecare an ziceam ca fac si ma trezeam ca iar trecea vremea socului si nu apucam sa mai fac.Anul asta am cules in trei randuri flori,noroc cu Patricia,de la care m-am inspirat si cu reteta,ca ''m-a tras'' de codite si m-am mobilizat.Am adaptat un pic reteta ,ca m-am trezit ca nu mai am nici un borcan de 10 l,asa ca am folosit oala de inox de 8 l.

  • 1 kg.zahar
  • 3 lamai
  • 40 ml otet
  • 12 flori de soc
  • 1/2 lingurita sare de lamaie

Am spalat bine florile sa scapam de impuritati ( gandaceii aia mici si negri).Intr-o oala de inox am pus apa,zaharul,lamaile taiate si stoarse de zeama,otetul ,sarea de lamaie si florile.Am acoperit cratita cu folie alimentara .Am amestecat dimineata si seara ,dupa 4 zile in care a stat la temperatura camerei,am pus socata in sticle si am dat-o la frigider.
