O idee perfectă pentru cina de sâmbătă seara!

 

INGREDIENTE

  • 300 gr. paste fusilli tricolore;
  • 125 gr. păstrăv afumat;
  • 250 ml. sos de rosii (gros);
  • 2 căţei de usturoi tocaţi fin;
  • 100 gr. măsline;
  • 100 gr. caşcaval;
  • busuioc (am folosit uscat);
  • verdeaţă pentru ornat (opţional).

Timp de preparare: sub 15 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Salată de paste cu păstrăv afumat şi sos de roşii:

Fierbem pastele în apă clocotită cu un praf de sare (conform timpului de pe ambalaj). Le scurgem şi le clătim prin 3-4 jeturi de apă rece.

Într-un vas încăpător punem pastele, peştele tăiat bucăţele, usturoiul, măslinele, sosul de roşii, busuiocul uscat, caşcavalul şi verdeaţa.

Amestecăm şi servim.

Poftă bună!
