Sa trecem de la capsuni la cirese ca si ele sunt tot de sezon…

INGREDIENTE

  • Blat:  
  • 6 oua
  • 1 ½ cana zahar
  • 1 plic zahar vanilat
  • 50 ml suc de portocale
  • o  jumatate cana ulei
  • 1 plic budinca de ciocolata Dr.Oetker
  • 1 ½ cana faina
  • o jumatate pachet praf de copt
  • 1 bol cirese( cred ca in jur 500 g)
  • Zahar pudra

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Prajitura cu cirese:

Am separat albusurile de galbenusuri.Am batut albusurile spuma,am adaugat zaharul si zaharul vanilat..am mixat pana s-a topit zaharul…galbenusurile le-am frecat cu uleiul apoi le-am adaugat peste albusuri..am adaugat budinca si sucul de portocale si am mixat …apoi praful de copt(acesta se poate amesteca cu faina si apoi se adauga in compozitie) ,am mixat si apoi am adaugat  faina in ploaie..

Am uns o tava si am tapetat-o,am pus compozitia si apoi am adaugat ciresele…ciresele se pot da prin faina ca sa nu se duca la fundul tavii..eu n-am mai avut faina si am sarit peste aceasta etapa…

Am dat prajitura la copt in cuptorul deja incins,primele 10 minute am lasat-o la foc  tare apoi am lasat-o la foc mic ca sa se coaca linistitaJ…spre final am uns-o cu sirop de cirese,am avut de asta iarna(de ce?pentru ca n-am mai avut zahar pudra dar intre timp mi-am adus aminte ca am rasnita asa ca am rasnit niste zahar)..dupa ce am scos-o din cuptor am lasat-o cateva minute apoi am presarat zaharul pudra.

Pofta buna!!!

-musai fructele trebuie tavalite prin faina pentru ca altfel se lasa la fund...
