Timp de preparare: sub 30 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Pastrav gratinat:

Pestele curatat,spalat,se pune la fiert impreuna cu zarzavatul,sare si cateiii de usturoi;in acest timp,se pune untul in tigaie,cand s-a topit se adauga faina,apoi smantana si se condimenteaza;daca vi se pare prea gros,se poate adauga putin lapte;

intr-un vas termorezistent,se pune jumatate din sos,jumatate din pestele dezosat,deasupra ciupercile calite,restul de peste,restul de sos si o mana buna de parmezan ras sau cascaval;se da vasul la cuptor 30mi si se serveste cald.
