MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Hummus:

Nautul se clateste sub jet de apa si se pune in blenderul Oster.

Se pun condimentele si usturoiul pisat.

Treptat se adauga apa in timp ce pornim blenderul la viteza a 2-a pana devine pasta.

Se pune pasta intr-un castron, deaspura punel putin ulei de masline si presaram boia dulce.
