Usor se gateste la acest slow cooker Crock-Pot 3.5 l. Face treaba singur!

 

INGREDIENTE

  • 3 cepe
  • 3 morcovi
  • 1 radacina patrunjel
  • 1 radacina pastarnac
  • 1 ardei verde
  • 1 ardei rosu
  • 1 dovlecel mic
  • 1 vanata mica
  • 200g fasole verde
  • 200g mazare verde
  • 3 cartofi
  • 4 rosii
  • 50ml ulei
  • 1 legatura marar
  • 1 legatura patrunjel
  • vegeta
  • piper
  • sare

Timp de preparare: peste 120 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Ghiveci de legume la slow cooker Crock-Pot:

Legumele se curata, se spala si se taie bucati potrivite.

In vasul slow cooker-ului Crock-Pot 3.5 lse pune uleiul si toate legumele taiate.

Se presara vegeta si piper si se amesteca.

Se pune apa pana la nivelul legumelor.

Se pune capacul si se seteaza la "high" pentru 6 ore.

Dupa 5 ore se pune verdeata tocata, se potriveste de gust si se mai lasa o ora.

Eu dupa cele 6 ore am mai pus vasul in cuptorul preincalzit 35-40 minute sa scada sosul si sa se rumeneasca putin.

Se serveste calda eventual cu castraveti murati de vara.
