Cui nu ii place sa rontaie ceva cand sta acasa? Asa am patit si eu in week end...as fi rontait ceva ...dar ce ? parca vreoiam ceva dulce ...dar sa rontaie...
Mi-am amintit ca am vazut la un moment dat o reteta de floricele dulci ...cu caramel...si asta am facut...de 2 ori in aceeasi zi ....ca deh... nu ne-au ajuns :))

 

INGREDIENTE

  • floricele de porumb - eu am avut sarate la punga pt microunde -1 punga
  • zahar tos - cca 200 gr
  • unt 50 gr

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Floricele dulci:

Am introdus punga in cuptorul cu microunde si intre timp am pus zaharul intr=o cratita sa se caramelizeze. Cand a devenit auriu, pumen untul si amestecam bine sa se omogenizeze.Intre timp avem grija sa scoatem floricele gata facute (stau max 3 min in cuptor).Oprim focul la caramel si rasturnam floricele - amestecam bine bine ca sa se lipeasca cat mai bine caramelul de floricele.

Le rasturnam pe o foaie de hartie ce copt si incepem sa dezlipim floricele - ele initial raman ghemotoace.

Dupa ce s-au separat se mananca cu pofta!

Credeti-ma! dispar intr-o clipa!
