Pentru fotografii culinare reusite foloseste Nikon D5600

 

Stiuuuuuuuu,stiu c-o sa-mi spuneti ca nu e frumos sa tragi cu urechea,dar am auzit fara voia mea.Si am hotarat sa pun in practica;)

 

INGREDIENTE

  • 1 avocado bine copt
  • 200 ml. apa calda
  • 400-450 g. faina
  • un plic drojdie uscata
  • seminte de floarea soarelui
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • 1 ou

Timp de preparare: sub 120 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Chifle cu avocado si seminte de floarea soarelui:

Intr-un vas de framantat se pune faina.

Avocado se curatat de coaja si i se scoate samburele.

Il punem intr-un castronel si il pasam cu o furculita.

Facem o gropita  in mijlocul  fainii in care  punem :zaharul ,sarea, avocado sfarmant,drojdia si apa calda.

Cand nu se mai lipeste de maini se acopera cu un prosop curat si se lasa la dospit jumatate de ora.

Dupa ce  s-a dospit aluatul il modelam cum dorim ungem cu ou si dam la cuptor pana trece testul cu scobitoarea.
