Timp de preparare: sub 90 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Castane coapte:

Castanele se pun in apa cu sare si se lasa 1 ora.

Se cresteaza castanele ca sa nu explodeze si sa se desfaca mai usor.

Se pun castanele pe tava.

Trebuie stropite din cand in cand. Se intorc de pe o parte pe alta.

Se coc aprox. 20-30 de minute la 200°C. 

Se acopera cu un prosop ud si se lasa asa cateva minute, apoi se descojesc.
