Taiem cartofii in bucati, nici mari, nici mici. Punem intr-o tava ulei, adaugam cartofii, mai turnam niste ulei deasupra. Presaram sare, piper, boia , amestecam riguros cu mana.

Dam la cuptor pt 30 de minute.

Presaram apoi cascaval sau branza.
