Pentru ca o zi intreaga am facut numai briose sarate,la cerere,va servesc cu o briosa buna,buna...

 

INGREDIENTE

  • 200 ml iaurt sau sana
  • 100 ml ulei
  • 2 oua
  • 1 plic praf de copt
  • 100 gr cascaval ras
  • 100 gr cascaval taiat cubulete mici
  • 3 bucati carnati afumati
  • 1 cana si jumatate cu faina
  • un praf de sare
  • seminte de susan

Timp de preparare: sub 60 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Briose cu cascaval Sofia,carnati afumati si susan:

Intr-un castron amestecam iaurtul,ouale,uleiul,sarea si cascavalul ras.Separat amestecam  faina cu praful de copt.Amestecam cele doua compozitii si lasam sa se odihneasca circa 15 minute.Taiem carnatii pe jumatate,apoi in feliute subtiri.Punem jumatate din carnati in compozitia de faina si amestecam usor.Punem hartie speciala de briose in forme,sau daca nu avem ungem formele cu ulei,apoi punem circa 3/4 din aluat,deoarece vor mai creste la copt.Punem deasupra fiecarei briose cateva feliute de carnat si cateva cubulete de cascaval.Dam la copt la foc mediu pana se rumenesc frumos deasupra.
