INGREDIENTE

  • 2 oua, un praf de sare,
  • 5 linguri de zahar,
  • 5 linguri de ulei,
  • 1 lingura smantana (optional)
  • 1/2 lingurita amoniu pentru prajituri,
  • 1/2 lingurita pudra de ghimbir,
  • un praf de scortisoara,
  • faina cat cuprinde,
  • colorant alimentar verde (optional)

Timp de preparare: sub 30 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Braduti cu ghimbir:

Ouale se amesteca cu zaharul si sarea, folosind o lingura de lemn. Se adauga treptat si uleiul, amestecand in continuare.

Se pune si smantana, amoniul stins cu zeama de lamaie, scortisoara si ghimbirul, dupa care se adauga faina. Se framanta. Se incorporeaza in aluat si colorantul.

Se intinde o foaie de aluat cu sucitorul si se decupeaza cu o forma braduti.

Se coc biscuitii la 180 de grade, cca 15 minute, sau pana incep sa se aureasca pe margini, in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Daca ti-a placut reteta noastra "Braduti cu ghimbir" nu uita sa-i faci un review.
