Poate cunoasteti reteta aceasta, este una din preferatele copilariei mele..pe cat de simpla, pe atat de gustoasa! Bulgarasii portocalii au constituit mereu o bucurie nemarginita pt. mine, iar cand fiul meu m-a rugat atat de frumos sa-i fac aceste bomboane, n-am ezitat!

 

INGREDIENTE

  • Avem nevoie de:
  • 1 parte morcov ras marunt (in cazul meu 100 gr)
  • 1 parte zahar (in cazul meu 100 gr)
  • zeama de lamaie, dupa gust (eu am pus zeama de la 2 lamai)

Timp de preparare: sub 15 minute

MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Bomboane din morcov:

Am amestecat bine toate aceste ingrediente si le-am pus intr-un vas de lut, apoi le-am bagat la cuptor la cea mai mica temperatura, invartind compozitia din cand in cand...am tinut totul la deshidratat cca 2 ore (daca aveti cantitate mai mare de morcov, va fi nevoie sa asteptati mai mult timp). Dupa ce compozitia s-a legat bine, am lasat sa se raceasca, dupa care am format bulgarasii de jeleu si i-am dat prin zahar tos. Daca le lasati la temperatura camerei cateva ore, glazura se intareste putin, pe cand miezul bomboanelor este moale. Sunt absolut delicioase.
