  • Gutuile sau fructele toamnei le putem intrebuinta si pentru o lotiune cu care sa ne ingrijim tenul nu doar la facut dulceata, placinta, majun sau la gatit. Au atatea intrebuintari si atatea beneficii. Chiar daca eu scriu acum cand este iarna sant sigura ca voi drage(i ) bucatarase ( i ) aveti acolo in camara niste gutuii puse pentru iarna. 
  • Atenuati ridurile deja aparute sau le puteti preveni formarea lor daca folositi o lotiune preparata din 50g de coaja de gutui pusa la macerat timp de o saptamana, in 1/4 tuica de 45 grade.

fiecare trebuie sa hotaram ce e mai bine pentru noi, eu am in casa o lotiune facuta de mama mea ce contine tuica( rachiu) cu flori de crini si este foarte buna si sincer nu ma asteptam sa aibe asupra anumitor dureri leac. doamna Mihaela cred ca puteti incerca sa amestecati cojile de gutui cu spirt

Eu stiu ca cea cu flori de crin se foloseste pentr taieturi , rani suprainfectate . Stiu de la soacra mea .

eu o folosesc pentru reumatism durerile de picioasre si am incercato si pentru durerile de spate la coloana ,a functionat dar e foarte bine si pentru ce ati zis dumneavoastra eu nu stiam , multumesc doamna Mihaela e bine de stiut
