Dovleacul este unul dintre alimentele care insotesc venirea toamnei. Este foarte gustos si hranitor, fie ca il folosesti pentru placinta sau supa, fie ca preferi sa il coci si sa il consumi ca atare.

Beneficiile pe care le aduce sunt multe la numar, dar amintim doar cateva: contine antioxidanti ce iti intaresc imunitatea, protejeaza ochii si te pot chiar feri de cancer; contine o cantitate considerabila de fibre, acestea fiind necesare pentru controlarea glicemiei, scaderea colesterolului si pastrarea unei greutati normale.
