“De ce gatim carnea la temperatura joasa, timp indelungat? Pentru gustul care se dezvolta in timp, pentru fragezime, pentru nutrienti. E destul sa pui ingredientele in Crock Pot, sa pui capacul si sa setezi treapta de temperatura (low/high), respectiv timpul de gătire. Slow cooker-ul Crock-pot e util mai ales daca vrei sa stii ca te asteapta acasa o mancare calda cand te intorci de la serviciu ori de pe unde ai treaba peste zi, dar poate fi folositor si cand esti acasa si ai alte treburi.”

Trendul revolutionar slow cooking, mai exact, gatirea la temperatura joasa, pentru un timp indelungat, ne permite sa obtinem o mancare cu un gust delicios si suculent, carnea este frageda, iar legumele isi pastreaza textura. Astfel, nutrientii se pastraza in intregime in mancare, rezultand intotdeauna preparate sanatoase si mult mai savuroase.
Nu trebuie sa fii bucatar profesionist ca sa gatesti mancaruri savuroase, doar adaugi ingredientele dorite si aparatul de gatit slow cooker Crock-Pot se ocupa de restul fara supraveghere.
Aparatul de gatit electric Crock-Pot, poate fi programat si lasat nesupravegheat in deplina siguranta, asa cum lasi si frigiderul. Are 2 trepte de temperatura ‘High’si ‘Low’, prin care ajunge la aceeasi temperatura, diferenta fiind doar de timpul necesar pentru a atinge punctul de fierbere (100°C). Consumul de energie al aparatului este redus, echivaland cu energia consumata de un bec.
Cu slow cooker-ul Crock-Pot vei redescoperi gustul tocanitelor aromate, al carnii fragede si suculente si chiar al deserturilor pufoase si aromate.
