si eu abia anul acesta am facut cunostinta cu leurda.....si m-a cucerit asa incat am pus 12 pungi de leurda la congelator, ca sa am pentru fiecare luna a anului..
Eu o folosesc la ciorba...e delicioasa!
Se prepara la fel ca si salata.

Eu folosesc multa leurda,la ciorbele de zarzavat,la ciorba de salata verde,la salate.Are gustul usturoiului verde,este gustoasa si ieftina(1 leu legatura de cca 30 frunze)
