  Incepem cu prepararea prepararea sosului cu carne. Ceapa, morcovul si telina se toaca marunt si se calesc in unt. Adaugam baconul taiat cubulete si mai calim 2-3 minute. Punem carnea tocata si omogenizam bine cu legumele. Punem supa de vita si lasam sa fiarba pana se evapora toata zeama....

Blat:  Batem albusurile spuma cu putina sare, adaugam treptat si alternativ zaharul si apa. Adaugam apoi galbenusurile frecate cu ulei si amestecam bine. Punem jumatate din cantitatea de faina, apoi praful de copt stins cu otet si apoi restul de faina. La final punem cacao si amestecam....

Scoatem samburii visinelor si le punem la stors. Intre timp pregatim blatul. Separam ouale si batem bine albusurile cu un praf de sare si cu zahar. Galbenusurile le amestecam cu uleiul, iar dupa ce albusurile sunt batute le adaugam treptat , amestecand cu o lingura. Punem treptat si apa, dupa...

Separa albusurile de galbenusuri. Amesteca intr-un bol galbenusurile impreuna cu apa,uleiul si zaharul vanilat. Mixeaza albusurile spuma impreuna cu praful de sare, apoi adauga, lingura cu lingura, zaharul si mixeaza pana se topeste complet. Cerne si adauga faina , apoi amidonul si...
