Salata de paste cu ton

In Salate la 11 Mar 2010

Se pun pastele la fiert in apa cu sare si cu putin ulei. Dupa ce s-au fiert se adauga ardeiul taiat cubulete, maslinele, bucatile de ton si ouale fierte taiate bucati. Peste paste se adauga uleiul de masline amestecat cu zeama de lamaie, sare, piper si patrunjel verde.

Salata de pui cu ciuperci

In Salate la 22 Feb 2010

Pieptul de pui se feliaza, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se pregateste la grill. Se rumeneste pe ambele partii iar dupa ce este gata se taie bucati mici. Se amesteca toate ingredientele, se prepara dressing-ul, adaugandu-l apoi peste salata. Se amesteca bine si se serveste!

Telina si morcovul se dau pe razatoarea mica, ardeiul si carnita/sunca se taie cubulete, ceapa se taie julien, rosiile se pot pune intregi sau taiate iar ciupercile se taie in 4 sau in 8 (inainte se oparesc in apa cu sare). Peste salata se adauga un dressing din ulei, zeama de lamaie, sare,...
