Spaghete cu mazare si ficatei

Ficateii de pui se dezgheata, se spala, se curata de grasime si se lasa sa se scurga bine de apa. Se pune putin ulei la incins intr-o cratita, se adauga ficateii si se prajesc cam 2-3 min; se scot, iar in uleiul ramas de la ficatei se adauga legumele taiate cubulete si boiaua dulce. Se calesc...

In Mancaruri cu carne la 5 Feb 2010

 Conopida se spala, se desface in buchetele si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare(nu se fierbe de tot ci doar pe jumatate). Ceapa se caleste in unt iar apoi se adauga sunculita taiata cubulete. Se aseaza intr-un vas un strat de ceapa calita apoi unul de conopida, se condimenteaza cu sare...
