Desert mere coapte in cuptor, cu stafide si inghetata

Spălăm bine merele, după care scobim cotorul fără ca să străpungem mărul până în partea cealaltă. Punem batoanele de scorțișoară și umplem interiorul merelor cu stafide, peste care turnăm coniacul. Punem merele într-un vas în care turnăm și apa fiartă...

Desert clatite cu flori de salcam

Mai întâi spălăm bine florile de salcâm și le lăsăm la uscat pe un prosop de bucătarie. Între timp pregătim scrobul.  Batem bine ouăle cu telul (pentru rapiditate, eu folosesc un mixer) și le amestecăm cu laptele. Opțional punem zahăr vanilat și...
