Creveti cu cartofi si busuioc

Se sareaza si se pipereaza crevetii. Se adauga usturoi, suc de lamaie si vin si se amesteca bine. Se lasa la marinat 30 de minute. Se amesteca cele doua tipuri de boia. Intre timp se pun la fiert cartofii, cu coaja cu tot, in apa cu sare. Se fierb molcom 10-12 minute, sau pana ce sunt...

Risotto cu prosciutto si creveti

Se pune orezul intr-o tigaie bine incinsa si se prajeste uscat 2-3 minute, la foc mare, amestecand continuu. Se adauga in fondul clocotit sofranul si se amesteca. Intre timp se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie mare si adanca. Se face focul mic si se adauga ceapa. Se sareaza si se caleste 2-3...

Se incinge cuptorul la 180 C. Se asaza miezul de nuca pe o tava de copt si se prajeste la cuptor cateva minute. Se lasa sa se raceasca putin, apoi se toaca. Se pastreaza cateva miezuri pentru ornat. Intre timp se sareaza si se pipereaza crevetii. Se incinge uleiul de mmasline intr-o tigaie...

Îmbracă-te frumos (cearşaful bordo se potriveşte de minune cu broşa aia mare, neagră), pune-ţi pe cap cununa de frunze de dafin (găseşti o pungă plină în bucătărie ) şi şlapii cu blăniţă în picioare. Eşti gata? Acum ieşi pe balcon şi salută-ţi supuşii!
