Prajitura cu mere si sos de ciocolata

inspiratie de  aici    Albusele le batem spuma tare cu zaharul, ca pentru bezea. Incorporam galbenusele pe rand, apoi in, fir usor, uleiul amestecat cu apa si la urma faina cu praful de copt. Merele le curatam, le taiem in felii, presaram zahar si scortisoara peste ele....

Placinta creata cu branza dulce si stafide

Punem la dezghetat foile de placinta. Batem bine 4 oua cu 2 ling.miere,3 plicuri zahar vanilat,adaugam branza de vaci,jumatate din iaurt,1 ling.de smantana,rasatura si stafidele la sfarsit(ele nu trebuie inmuiate...se umfla pana se coace placinta ca au in ce). Punem o foaie de placinta pe...

Strudel cu branza de vaci si merisoare

1. Lasam la hidratat merisoarele intr-un pahar de apa calduta in amestec cu coniac ( sau rom ) pentru cca 15 minute, timp in care vom pregati umplutura! 2. Branza de vaci se amesteca cu zaharul , oul si smantana pana la obtinerea unui amestec omogen , apoi vom adauga si merisoarele scurse de...

Aluatul de eclere se face din 250ml de apa in care se topeste 115g de unt (la foc mic). Cand da in clocot se ia vasul de pe foc si se toarna faina, amestecan energic pana aluatul se desprinde de pe peretii vasului. Cand aluatul este racit se adauga 4 oua intregi (unul cate unul) si se amesteca....

Tort de biscuiti cu ciocolata si Cointreau

Intr-un vas dreptunghiular se aseaza primul strat de biscuiti. Se purcede la prepararea cremei.  Ciocolata se rupe bucati si se topeste fie la bain-marie fie la microunde. Apoi se incorporeaza putin cate putin in untul moale pana la obtinerea unei creme lucioase. Se adauga lichiorul tot...
