Carnea de porc trebuie sa aiba si suficienta grasime,altfel carnatii de casa  vor fi prea uscati. Carnea se toaca mai mare (noua ne-a tocat-o la magazin,asa ca am scapat de o parte din munca). Usturoiul se curata si se zdrobeste. Se amesteca carnea si in mijlocul ei se face o...
