Ciuperci Pleurotus in "blid" de mamaliga

Intr-o cratita punem uleiul la incins, adaugam ceapa taiata marunt. Calim usor ceapa, adaugam 2 lingurite boia rosie, amestecam, lasam 1 minut dupa care adaugam cupercile spalate si taiate bucati. Imi place sa folosesc ciuperci pleurotus pt ca nu se arunca nimic din ele, nu trebuiesc curatate...

Mod de preparare: se pun la fiert 2,5 litri apa. Pana fierbe apa, pregatim zarzavatul(curatam apoi spalam morcovii, ceapa, patrunjelul, telina, ciupercile). Taiem cubulete morcovii, patrunjelul, telina, le punem la fiert, se adauga ceapa taiata marunt, ciupercile taiate bucatele, ardeiul...

Ceapa se curata, se spala, se taie pestisori. Intr-o cratita punem uleiul la incins, adaugam ceapa, rosiile taiate felii subtiri, ardeiul taiat bucatele (se curata de samburi). Se fierbe tocana la foc mic, se potriveste de sare si piper, cand ceapa s-a inmuiat se stinge focul, se presara...

Intrun cratit punem uleiul la incins, adaugam ceapa curatata, spalata, taiata marunt. Calim ceapa cateva minute la foc mic pana devine sticloasa, adaugam boiaua si imediat ciupercile spalate si taiate bucati, se adauga putina apa(foarte putina deoarece ciupercile mai lasa apa), punem usturoiul...
