Grozav! As adauga si eu ceva din experienta mea....gustati drojdia proaspata...se poate intampla sa fie in termen si sa fie amara!!! Atunci e de aruncat sigur....daca este foarte acra de asemenea nu mai este de folosit...drojdia trebuie sa fie foarte gustoasa, atunci sigur painea, cozonacul vor creste frumos....sarbatori cu bucurie tuturor!

ela eu am observat ca daca pun mai putina drojdie tot creste aluatul. iese mai pufos daca pun 50 grame la 1 kg de faina?
