Eu pun 3 cani de lichid la una de orez ( deobicei folosesc orezul cu bob mare ). Cand il pregatesc cu grasime de pasare, opresc focul cand inca nu s-a absorbit tot lichidul. Acopar bine oala si las 20-30 minute , pana se umfle bine bobul . E delicios

eu mereu am avut o singura regula la orez.3 cani apa la 1 de orez.nu a dat gres niciodata....

si eu cam tot dupa regula ta ma ghidez,daca fac orez de sushi atunci cam 1 1/4 cana apa la 1 de orez,iar de proportia 3:1 stiu ca e pentru pilaf. Orezul alb simplu gatit cum spui in articol,poate fi folosit a doua zi la orez prajit.
