Ma bucur sa reintilnesc online vechi prieteni, printre care Cezar Filip si Doru Pencea, pe care i-am cunoscut personal acum 2 ani, cind restaurantul era in plin santier, si am facut si o degustare de vin alb german.
Pe Radu inca nu l-am cunoscut personal, deocamdata ne leaga o prietenie culinara tot online.

@Oana: Taitei de celofan gasesti la Dragonul Rosu 2, langa complexul Europa. Acolo, la etaj, este un magazin alimentar chinezesc foarte bogat. Parca am mai vazut in Piata Amzei, la Ky Life (sau Ki Life?); este un magazin naturist care are o multime de ingrediente chinezesti, japoneze si indiene.
Daca nu gasesti taitei de celofan, poti folosi si taitei de orez; pe astia ii gasesti aproape in orice supermarket. Ai grija sa iei din cei subtiri...
