Bine de stiut .Poate ca si aplic cat mai multe din cele citite .Pot sa va spun ca un medic chinez , in anturajul caruia am stat o scurta perioada , dimineata imi facea observatie ca beau apa minerala si cafea in loc sa beau ceai .In plus , pe langa o alimentatie preponderent vegetariana manca foarte putin in comparatie cu cat mancam noi .In Romania evita sa consume carne sau produse preparate din carne , afirmand ca explozia de cancere din Romania are drept cauza consumul carnii care a fost obtinuta prin metode mai putin ortodoxe .

Chiar si pofta de dulce este un semnal , de la ficat .
