Gaby, cred că da. Adică dacă unora le face bine, altora le poate face rău. Că am auzit deseori că unii au ajuns obezi din cauza vitaminelor (depinde cât le-a dat părinţii). Şi apoi vitaminele înjectabile nu-s aşa de minunate Sau poate doar efectul lor e minunat.

Articolul este bine venit, doar ca fructele se digera inaintea altor alimente pe care le consumam la mese, mai ales carnea care se digera mai greu, caz in care stau in stomac mult si bine, asa ca eu nu le-as consuma la "desert" - pt a beneficia de calitatile lor, eu le consum inainte de masa...si nu mai multe la gramada ci doar un tip de fructe o data...
