Interesanta descriere in amanunt al acestui procedeu iar diferenta de apa se poate resimti nu numai la ceai ci si la multe alte intrebuintari ale apei in functie de necesitate numai ca gustul difera astfel incat se schimba si gustul a ceea ce vrem sa facem cu apa;exemplul este si la anumite mancaruri daca apa nu este buna nici mancarea nu iese buna.La tara in satul in care a copilarit mama mea apa este foarte buna si mancarurile simplu pregatite au un gust divin.

Se spune că apa este inodoră, incoloră și insipidă, dar putem identifica imediat diferențele dintre sursele de apă. Un ingredient atât de comun poate influența în atâtea moduri gustul preparatului final.
