Continuitatea inelului, care nu are nici început nici sfârşit, ar trebui să reprezinte dragostea neîntreruptă între soţ şi soţie, iar sclipirea lui lumina ce ar trebui să se vadă pe chipul celor doi.
Valorarea materială a inelului nu contează, ci doar faptul că pecetluieşte (aşa ar trebui), ca un sigiliu domnesc, legătura, unirea într-un trup şi suflet a celor doi, a celor ce pleacă împreună pe drumul vieţii.

Padre, ce bine le zici tu.. Nu stiam ca inelul are o semnificatie religioasa atat de mare... ci doar despre vereghete.
Cat despre partea materiala.. in ziua de azi ptr unii este mai importanta valoarea lui materiala..

despre inelul de logodna eu cred ca este de fapt un rasfat pentru femei oferit de cel cu care urmeaza sa is petreaca restul vieti ,eu l-am primit dupa cativa ani de casatorie,ciudat nu?
dar cred ca decizia de ati uni destinele nu tine de inel ,verghete sau hartia de la primarie ,tine de respectul unul fata de celalat

ne gindim ca poate bunicii nostri au purtat inele din metal fara valoare si totusi au trait uniti toata viatza...
