pai, da, ma... mincind o portie de ceafa la gratar te saturi si nu mai ai pofta de dulciuri, astfel inlocuim grasimea din dulciuri cu cea din ceafa. sint logic?

eu am mancat cu untura si e bun, dar eu n-am gatit cu ea. aici se mananca insa pe paine chiar la petreceri, nunti etc. si are carne afumata maruntita in ea.
