Nu stiam...in schimb am prajit odata in ulei de masline si se simtea un gust ciudat , asa ca am renuntat la idea de a mai incerca

Din păcate, e cam prost percepută ideea de ”sănătos”. Mulți dintre noi cred că un ingredient/aliment sănătos, poate fi folosit oricum, în proce preparat. Unii acceptă sfaturi, alții nu. Fiecare e liber să aleagă.
Sper că am fost de folos celor interesați.

eu folosesc aproape la orice ulei de masline, dar atentie , exista ulei special pentur gatt si altul bun doiar la rece, in salate, etc. De sanatos cu siguranta e unul dinc ele mai sanatoase . Unicul lucru la car enu e bun e la prajit (ex. cartofi prajiti, etc). Dar la gatit e cel mai bun..Eu liocuiesc in tara maslinelor si stiu ca e ff important tipul uleiului si claitatea.

Așa este. Mulțumim pentru completare. Dar ATENȚIE, nu e vorba de uleiul de măsline din turte. La noi se găsește pe toate rafturile și are un preț mult mai scăzut decât uleiul extravirgin. Se face o mare confuzie între ele.
