Chiftele coapte

In Porc la 13 Aug 2011

Amesteci carnea  cu oul cu painea inmuiata in apa si stoarsa bine,condimentele,verdeata,apoi formezi chiftelele in forma dorita,le asezi in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt,dai la cuptor pana se rumenesc pe o parte,le intorci pe cealalta parte. Sumt buuuuune buuuune.

Tai ceapa cuburi,la fel si ardeiul si le pui in putin ulei sa se caleasca.Eu le-am pus pe wock.Picuri din cand in cand putina apa.Rosiile decojite le tai de asemenea cubulete si le adaugi la legume.Pui o lingurita de zahar,daca rosiile sunt acre tare.Carnatii ii tai bucati si ii prajesti...

Carnea curatata de pielite,daca stii ca este de la un exemplar mai batran este bine sa o fierbi in prealabil,in bucati mari.Daca este mai tanara se poate pune direct in tava.Se unge bine cu untura sau ulei,se condimenteaza bine fiecare bucata mai mare cu condimente dupa gust, apoi complectezi cu...

Carne tocata de curcan in foi de napolitana

In Mancaruri cu carne la 19 Noi 2009

Condimentezi carnea ca pentru chiftele,in plus mai pui patrunjel tocat,apoi intinzi amestecul intre foile de napolitene,dar nu mai gros de 2 degete.Lasi aproximativ 30 min,sa se inmoaie putin foile,portionezi apoi prajesti pe ambele parti. Se poate prepara cu orice fel de carne,dar cu cea de...
