Tai capac la rosii, scobesti cu lingurita,sarezi interiorul rosiilor si le pui cu gura in jos sa se scurga. Intre timp,miezul de la rosii,busuiocul,patrunjelul,usturoiul si condimentele le mixezi bine in blender sau robot. Adaugi orezul spalat bine si lasi aproximativ 1 ora ca sa se umfle...
