Salată de ton cu usturoi şi pâine prăjită cu oregano

Scurgem tonul de zeamă. Pisăm usturoiul şi-l adăugăm peste ton. Punem zeama de lămâie şi maioneza. Amestecăm totul foarte bine şi salata este gata. Opţional se mai poate pune sare, piper, boia picant. Pâine prăjită cu ulei de măsline şi oregano a la Padre. Prăjim...

Condimentam medalioanele de somon,  prajim pe un gratar (pe aragaz sau pe carbune). Fara ulei!!!! Putem servi cu mamaliguta si mujdei de usturoi.
