Reteta "romaneasca autentica"...glumesc:). Nici somon nu se pescuieste la noi si nici sosuri olandeze ....dar am incercat undeva felul preparat, care pe un meniu scria "somon de norvegian cu sos de' olandeze":)...chiar a fost buna mancarea. Nu ma apuc eu acum"sa...

Somon pe gratar cu sos de lamaie usturat

Rondelele de somon le-am spalat un pic si le-am zvantat si apoi le-am "mangaiat" cu cateva picaturi de ulei de masline (cat sa nu se lipeasca de gratar, ca oricum somonul este un peste grasunel si isi va lasa el sucul pe gratar) si le-am dat cu putin piper. Pe gratarul incins bine am...

Crap la cuptor cu creveti

Se spala bucatile de peste si se zvanta...la fel si crevetii. Punem pestele intr-un vas termorezistent, peste care adaugam usturoiul verde taiat in bucatele medii, firul de ceapa verde intreg, boabele de piper, boabele de mustar, frunzele de dafin, hreanul dat prin razatoare, lamaia...

Saramura de scrumbie si caras

Se curata peste de solzi si de intestine, la scrumbie va fi mai usor dar nici carasul nu se curata foarte greu. In imagine sunt 5 carasi dar am folosit numai doi. Se spala in apa rece, cu atentie a se curata in interior mai ales carasul pana i se disting carnea roz si coastele Se cresteaza...
