Fasolea inmuiata inainte, se pune la fiert ,cu sare si foi de dafin, pana se inmoaie. Ceapa, morcovul si ardeiul se curata se spala si se trec prin masina de tocat .Se pun apoi in ulei incins la calit. Totul va bolborosi vreme de o ora, in vas acoperit, pe foc mic, amestecand des, sa nu se...

Ardeii se pun la copt, se curata de coaja si seminte, apoi se taie in bucati mici. Ceapa tocata marunt impreuna cu morcovul tocat cuburi mici,se inabusa in ulei pana cand se inmoaie. Se adauga ardeii  si se asezoneaza cu sare, piper, boia- dupa gust. Se continua calirea inca 10-15 minute...

Procedam ca si la compotul de cirese . Punem in borcanele sterilizate, visinele spalate si fara codite. In fiecare borcan vom pune apoi cate 5 linguri cu zahar . La cirese am pus doar 4, dar visinele sunt foarte acre anul asta... Umplem borcanele cu apa ,le punem capacele si le...

Ciresele se spala, se rup coditele si se lasa o jumatate de ora in apa rece. Daca au viermi, acestia vor iesi la suprafata. Scurgem apoi apa si alegem doar ciresele  sanatoase,   pe cele  "nesanatoase ".....nu le punem :)) Borcanele se spala cu detergent de...
