Pentru a obtine ceaiul de catina, punem fructele la uscat si apoi  le macinam cu rasnita de cafea.  De asemenea, ceaiul se poate obtine si din pulpa ramasa de la fructele folosite la   siropul de catina .  Pudra obtinuta se pastreaza in borcane inchise. Pulpa si fructele...

Speli petalele de trandafiri apoi le pui intr-un vas si torni zahar peste ele. Le amesteci bine si mai torni putin zahar si deasupra ,sa ramana acoperite. Lasi vasul acoperit cateva zile, pana cand se formeaza siropul de trandafiri, pe care il scurgi si il diluezi cu alcool, in proportiile...

Fierbem apa cu zaharul,dam ibricul deoparte si  adaugam cafeaua. Amestecam usor si mai punem pe foc de inca trei ori , de fiecare data doar pana se umfla. La sfarsit adaugam si  cardamomul. Lasam putin sa se aseze zatul. Savuram cafeaua  fierbinte , cu frisca sau cu spuma...
