In Aperitive / Garnituri la 12 Iul 2013

Se curata ciupercile de picioruse  si se spala. Se face o pasta din branza/cascaval (razuit) si 2 oua batute. Se pun ciupercile cu fata (zona in care a fost piciorusul) in jos, intr-o tava cu o cana de apa si putin ulei dupa care se sareaza. Se dau la cuptor pentru 15 minute....

Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri.Albusurile le batem spuma cu un praf de sare, zahar si mixam pina obtinem o spuma densa. Galbenusurile le mixam cu cele 2 linguri de ulei. Adaugam galbenusurile in spuma de albusuri,apoi adaugam faina si praful de copt. Amestecam usor de jos in sus....
