Se taie in patratele varza si se amesteca cu legumele si mirodeniile, se pune intr-un ceaun mare si se alterneaza pe straturi cu carnea. Intr-o oala se diluiaza bulionul in 1,7 litri de apa si se toarna peste varza in ceaun, se fierbe la foc foarte mic timp de 4 ore acoperit cu capac. Se...

1. carne de pasare s-au de porc 500~700 gr se fierbe aparte supa la o cratita de 5 litri se ea spuma 150 gr fasole se pun sa se umfle peste noapte in apa si se fierb pina cind sint aproape gata apoi se adauga la bulionul de carne. 2. adaugati contimentele dafin , piper, boia , busuioc...

Supa de rosii cu linte

1. puneti supa de legume sau pui pe foc 2. incalziti uleiul intr-o cratita mare 3. curatiti ceapa si usturoiul, apoi le caliti la foc mijlociu timp de 5 minute pana sant moi 4. spalati si uscati busuiocul, lasati cateva frunzulite pentru decor, restul taiati ca sa rezulte o lingura 5....

Rinichii- se taie orizontal in jumatate si se separa de canale si grasimi /se fierb separat ~ 5 minute si se varsa apa /se clatesc si se pun la fiert cu apa fiarta si fieb pina cand sant gata cu putina sare. Din carne cu os ( piept de vita)se prepara zeama / carnea se separa de os si grasime...
