Salata de cartofi cu piept de pui in crusta de cocos

Se pun la fiert cartofii in apa cu sare, dupa ce au fiert, se curata de coaja si se taie cuburi. Se lasa sa se raceasca. In acest timp, se fierb 3 oua tari si se curata de coaja. Cu doua galbenusuri fierte si unul nefiert, uleiul, 1 lingurita mustar , sare si 1~2 linguri zeama de lamaie se face...
