Pui măruntaiele curățate, spălate și porționate în bucăți mai mici, într-un vas, pe foc, împreună cu 2 linguri de ulei și presari puțină sare peste ele. Eu am folosit o caserola de inimi cu pipote, achizitionate din comert. Poti adăuga si ficătei de pui. Le lasi...

Omleta cu ceapa si branza

Se bat ouale si se amesteca cu ceapa tocata si branza rasa. Se unge tigaia cu putin ulei. Se pune amestecul de oua in tigaia incinsa, se lasa 5 min. pe o parte si 5 pe cealalta dupa care se rastoarna pe o farfurie. Pofta buna !
