Salata de spanac cu branza de capra si oua

In Salate la 1 Mar 2017

Ouale se fierb tari si se curata de coaja, apoi se taie in patru sau rondele. Spanacul se spala si se taie fasii mai groase. Branza se taie cubulete. Se asaza toate pe o farfurie, se asezoneaza cu sare, piper, ulei de masline si zeama de la lamaie, dupa gust.

Salata de ton cu porumb

In Salate la 23 Feb 2017

Se taie ceapa cubulete si se amesteca cu tonul din conserve (scurs de ulei - eu nu il scurg in totalitate) si cu boabele de porumb. Se asezoneaza cu putina zeama de lamaie, sare si piper după gust si se serveste alaturi de masline (sau se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente). Nu e greu de...

- se fierbe pieptul de pui si ciupercile - gogosarii, castravetii si ciupercutele fierte se taie cuburi si se pun un pic la scurs - intre timp preparam maioneza: un galbenus de la un ou crud, un galbenus de la un ou fiert si o lingurita cu mustar se bat cu mixerul si se adauga in ploaie...
