Orezul se spala si se lasa la inmuiat in apa rece. Ceapa se curata si se toaca marunt,apoi se caleste putin in cateva linguri de ulei. Cartoful se curata si se taie cubulete mici.Se pune peste ceapa calita,impreuna cu o lingurita "Vegeta"din borcan,se adauga apa cat sa-l acopere...

Ceapa se curata,se taie marunt si se caleste putin in ulei. Dovlecelul se curata si se taie cubulete.Cartofii la fel.Maslinele se taie marunt ,foaia de dafin se rupe bucatele. Se amesteca toate ingredientele in cratita in care am calit ceapa.Se potriveste dupa gust cu sare si piper....
