Vinete umplute cu orez nedecortificat

In Mancaruri de legume la 11 Aug 2010

Orezul se fierbe in apa 15 minute dupa instructiunile de pe ambalaj.Se scurge de apa si se lasa sub capac. Vinetele se curata de coaja fasii cu un cutit special de curatat cartofi/legume.Se taie in 2 pe lungime si se scobesc de miez cu ajutorul unei lingurite. Jumatatile se ung cu mana curata...

Se curata cepele de coaja la fel si cartofii.Cepele se pun in apa la fiert impreuna cu 1 cartof cca 15 minute.Se opreste focul si se lasa sa se raceasca.Cand s-au racit se taie un capacel intr-o parte astfel sa poata fii asezate in tava si cu o lingurita se scobesc de partea interioara.
