Spanacul se spala bine si se curata de pamant. Se pune un vas cu apa la fiert si cand apa ajunge la punctul de fierbere se adauga spanacul. Se lasa la oparit pentru 2 minute. Se scurge apoi de apa intr-o strecuratoare. Se pune apoi intr-un vas cu apa rece pentru a-si mentine culoarea verde si...

Cartofi frantuzesti

Cartofii se fierb in coaja pana patrunde usor furculita in ei. Trei oua se fierb ca sa fie tari. Dupa ce fierb cartofii se las sa se raceasca, se curata si apoi se taie felii. Ouale se decojesc si apoi se taie rondele.  Separat amestecam smantana cu cele doua oua crude si laptele....

Se pune malaiul intr-o tigaie si se adauga apa rece deasupra si se amesteca pana se desface malaiul. In felul asta nu exista riscul sa se formeze cocoloase. Punem tigaia pe foc mediu si continuam sa amestecam 5 minute pana incepe sa fiarba apa si se formeaza o pasta. Cand incepe sa dea in clocot...
