Budinca de banane

In Dulciuri la 7 Apr 2011

Se pune totul,in afara de banane, in blender. Apoi se pune compozitia pe foc mic si se tine pana se ingroasa. Se lasa la racit,apoi se pune din nou in blender impreuna cu bananele. Se poate servi in boluri cu fructe proaspete sau din conserve.

Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt cu putina apa si ulei,apoi se adauga pe rand toate celelalte ingrediente si se amesteca bine. Se pune compozitia intr-o tava unsa cu putin ulei si se coace,in cuptorul preincalzit, timp de 45 min. Se serveste cu sosul pe care il preferati,cu salata ori legume...

Am lasat fasolea la inmuiat cateva ore,in apa rece. Apoi am fiert-o si am schimbat apa de 3 ori.(Cu toate cred ca stim procedura asta.) Am pus apoi fasolea la fiert in apa calda cu un pic de ulei si vegeta.Si am lasat-o la fiert peste o jumatate de ora. Separat am calit in ulei...
