Este recomandabil (dar nu obligatoriu) ca lintea sa fie tinuta intr-un vas cu apa din seara precedenta. Oricum insa, ea fierbe mai repede ca fasolea! Se pune deci lintea la fiert, dupa vreo 15 minute se adauga morcovul, ceapa si apoi dovlecelul; se lasa la fiert in total cam 45 de minute, se...

Salată de leurdă cu ou şi cu iaurt

Cum am procedat: Am fiert oul bine-bine, am tocat leurda, am adaugat iaurtul si branza de vaci, un praf mic de sare, un pic de suc de lamaie, dupa gust si…am mixat totul la blender. Alternativ, albusul ar putea fi pus taiat cubulete…Mai simplu nu se poate. Picea mea s-a lins pe bot.
